We want "all" of you to know just how truly grateful and appreciative we are for all of the love, care, advice, concern, tears you have shared with us and our Jagr and Tendue over the past 17 years. You made a home away from home for Jagr, even on our last day together. While we cannot remember all of the names of the staff, we do remember each of you in our minds and hearts!!

Jagr wanted you to have a special thank you from him, so he sent you a lock of his hair.

We came in with our bearded Collie, Lucy, last month with an ear injury. We were so panicked and worried and very happy to have the comfort and reassurance of your vet.

Lucy had a short recovery, playing normal the next day with no other issues.

A belated thank you for your many kindnesses this summer on my volunteer Mondays. You were all welcoming and helpful and made my experience wonderful. I certainly learned a lot about how the hospital runs. But... I specially learned what warm and caring individuals you are. I hope I was helpful in some small way.

Just wanted to let you all know much we appreciated all the care and love you gave to Sophie. Thank you for trying so hard to save her for being honest with us when you felt her time had come.

You worked and supported us when we took her home and we have comfort with the fact she was home with the ones who loved her until the very end.

We enjoyed the honest support with her and that would not have been possible without the excellent care she received over those years.

Plus, you have stayed dedicated to caring for all my pets, despite the challenges and unique problems they sometimes have.

You all deal with life and death situations every day but never lost sight of and had compassion in regard to how special Sophie was to us!

I'm sure we will be getting another Siamese one day – another cat to challenge you all!

Thanks again for all you did and will continue to do on the future for all my 4-footed, furry family members!
